1. This Limited Warranty is valid only if you purchased the product from an authorised Teknosign dealer.

If you purchased the product elsewhere, please refer to the Teknosign web pages.

2. Teknosign* warrants that the mechanical and electronic components of this product are free from defects in material and workmanship when used under normal operating conditions. This Warranty is applicable for two years from the date of original purchase, unless the distributor's country provides a longer statutory warranty, in which case the distributor's national warranty applies. In the event that the product exhibits any defect within the specified warranty period and that this defect is not excluded under clause 4, Teknosign will repair or replace the product using new or partially new or reconditioned products. In the event that Teknosign decides to replace the product, this Limited Warranty shall apply to the replaced product for the remainder of the warranty period from the date of initial purchase of the original product.

3. Upon confirmation of the warranty terms, the repaired or replaced product will be returned to the customer freight prepaid.

4. Warranty claims beyond those expressed above are expressly excluded.

IMPORTANT

We ask you to keep your purchase receipt/invoice. This is your proof of purchase and your Limited Warranty will commence from this date. If you do not keep your proof of purchase this Limited Warranty will be void. In the unlikely event that you request to exercise this Limited Warranty, you will need to provide a copy of your purchase receipt. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your warranty claim.

Teknosign offers a free warranty extension up to a total duration of 3 years, provided that your product purchase is registered online within 90 days from the date of purchase at www.teknosignshop.com or that of its national distributors. Please read the terms and conditions of our Limited Warranty carefully. If your purchase of the Product is not registered within the first ninety (90) days from the date of purchase of the Product, the Limited Warranty shall apply accordingly.

1. The initial stage of our warranty services and the quickest means of reaching a solution is to see if the problem can be resolved by our online support. If you are unable to resolve the problem via this route and need to request service, please contact us at customercare@teknosign.com or use our online request form to request an RA (return authorisation) number. All requests must be accompanied by a description of the problem, the serial number of the product and a copy of the original purchase receipt.

2. No return can be accepted without a valid RA number.

3. Please note that shipments to authorised service centres for repair under warranty can only be accepted carriage paid. - see Short Guarantee.

1. This Limited Warranty does not cover parts subject to wear and tear. These include, for example: fuses, cables, lights/LEDs, etc.

2. If applicable, Teknosign warrants the following parts of the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.

• Accessories
• External or internal power supplies
• Valves
• Cables
• Pedals
• Carrying cases

If applicable, Teknosign warrants the following parts of the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase:

• Digital/LCD displays
• Level indicators
• Switches/Sensors
• Potentiometers
• Speakers or diaphragms
• All faders including cross-faders and motorised faders
• Any mechanical component that can be influenced by an externally applied force

If at the time of inspection by Teknosign service personnel or its authorised personnel it is found that the voice coil of loudspeakers and membranes is burnt out (due to over/underpowering or due to overloading of the amplifier) these parts will be excluded from warranty coverage.

This Limited Warranty does not cover the product if it has been electronically or mechanically modified in any way. If the product needs to be modified or adapted to meet technical or safety standards in any country other than the country for which the product was originally developed and manufactured, this modification/adaptation is not considered a material or manufacturing defect. This Limited Warranty does not cover any such modification/adaptation, regardless of whether it was made professionally or not. Under the terms of this Limited Warranty, Teknosign shall not be liable for any costs resulting from such modification/adaptation.

This Limited Warranty covers only the hardware product. It does not cover technical support for the use of hardware or software. It also does not cover any product software, whether or not contained in the product package. Any software is provided only in the condition and format contained with the product, except as expressly provided for in the Limited Warranty for any accompanying software.

This Limited Warranty is void if the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product.

Free inspections and out-of-warranty maintenance/repairs are expressly excluded from this Limited Warranty. If an inspection of the product by Teknosign demonstrates that the defect in question is not covered by the Limited Warranty, the cost of such inspection shall be borne by the customer.

Damage to the product or damage caused by the following conditions is not covered by this Limited Warranty:

1. illegibility/absence of serial number

2. damage due to transport

3. improper and/or inadequate use, disassembly and/or modification and/or repair carried out without Teknosign's authorisation, leakage of fluid from the battery, neglect or inability to use the unit in accordance with the information contained in QRG, Teknosign's instruction or service manuals

4. connection or operation of the unit in any way that does not comply with technical or safety regulations applicable in the country where the product is used.

5. damage caused by natural disasters, force majeure and/or other causes not attributable to Teknosign.9. Any repair or opening of the unit carried out by unauthorised personnel (including the user) will completely void the Limited Warranty.

Products that do not comply with the terms of this Limited Warranty shall be repaired exclusively at the expense of the purchaser. Teknosign and/or its authorised service centres will inform the customer of this circumstance and request a written acceptance to repair the product. Should the buyer fail to send this acceptance for repair within 2 months of notification, Teknosign reserves the right to dispose of the product in an appropriate, environmentally friendly manner.

Teknosign authorised dealers do not sell new products directly in online auctions. Purchases made through an online auction are on a "caveat emptor" basis. Confirmations or sales receipts from online auctions are not accepted for warranty certification and Teknosign will not repair or replace any product purchased through online auctions.

This Limited Warranty is granted to the original purchaser and is transferable to anyone who may subsequently purchase this product, subject to registration with customercare@teknosign.com. No person (distributor, wholesaler, retailer, etc.) is authorised to make any warranty promise on behalf of Teknosign.

Subject to applicable local laws, Teknosign shall have no liability to the purchaser under this Limited Warranty for any loss or damage of any kind, consequential or indirect. In no event shall Teknosign's liability under this Limited Warranty exceed the invoice value of the product.

This Limited Warranty is the complete and exclusive warranty between the purchaser and Teknosign. It supersedes all other oral or written communications related to this product. Teknosign provides no other warranty for this product.

1. This Limited Warranty does not exclude or limit in any way the statutory rights of the purchaser as a consumer.

2. The aforementioned Limited Warranty regulations are applicable unless they constitute a violation of applicable national laws.
